'Blood Red Shoes' is the fourth album by duo Blood Red Shoes. For this album they packed up all their stuff, got in a van and drove to Berlin, where they lived for months in a rented studio space. No producer, no engineer, no A&R people, just us two in a big concrete room in Kreuzberg, jamming and recording songs whenever they wanted, how they wanted with nobody to answer to except themselves. It came out as their rawest, heaviest, sexiest and most confident sounding record so far.
