The lesser spotted Steven Patrick Morrissey (aka Homo Miserabilus) returns to the music scene after a five year absence later this year.
With a new single currently slated for September 9th , and a new album due on September 23rd, Morrissey returns for his first live dates in the UK since 1999; according to pollstar.com, Morrissey plays London’s Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday 17th September and Wednesday 18th September. Further European dates are expected to be announced shortly and according to morrisey-solo.com, Sack have confirmed they will be supporting Morrissey in the European leg of the tour.
Song titles, tracklistings and so forth are all unconfirmed, but Rumoured song titles include "Can't Carry On" (apparently the first single) "Mario's Dance” (another contender for first single, apparently) "Irish Blood, English Heart" (Which may or may not be the album title, and a working title confirmed by the Moz in a 1999 interview) and “Mexico”.
As he once said, We’ll Let You Know. . .
