Supernatural American folkist D.M Stith has set the UK release date for a collection of remixes, covers and alternative versions of his songs in a double album entitled Heavy Ghost: Appendices. The sharp-eyed of you will notice that this Heavy Ghost was his debut record, released last year. So yes, this serves as an appendix to it. As you should have worked out.

Stith released some of these as EPs in the last year anyway, so if you bought them then it's perhaps not best to rush off and buy this straight away, though there are a few fresh tracks involved. Anyway, it'll be released through Asthmatic Kitty on June 15 (May 25 in the US) and contains the following tracks, including covers of Randy Newman, Diane Cluck and David Byrne!
