New Bonnie 'Prince' Billy album due March 22?
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater February 15th, 2010

Those Drag City artists sure do love using cryptic and unconventional ways to launch their new records. First there was Joanna Newsom and her comic strip and now there's Bonnie 'Prince' Billy and his...well...erm, not his, but someone's arse. With writing on it.

This video popped up on Domino's (with whom Drag City artists tend to release their records in the UK) YouTube channel yesterday (via Pitchfork) and delivers the details in an intriguing fashion. It's a special kind of Valentine's Day message.

So, the information and message seems undeniably clear. His new incarnation will be with 'The Cairo Gang', and the record will be called The Wonder Show Of The World. If this does in fact turn out to be true, I'll be over the moon.
