If 2009 has been any band's year, it's been the year of the beast, the Wild Beasts, to be completely honest. With the release of their second record, Two Dancers, we've seen them move from hot and cold, promising, hate 'em or love 'em band to a group of fine young gentlemen who have attracted universal praise wherever they've needed it, pretty much.
So it's no surprise to see they've announce an absolutely mammoth tour for next year, starting out in the US before coming back to their homeland for a ten-date tour. Before that, though, they'll be playing their home town of Kendal, at the Brewery Arts Centre on December 22. Tickets for that are £10 and can be bought from this number - 01539 725 133.
