Datarock, Marnie Stern, Wildbirds & Peacedrums added as Latitude keeps getting better
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater May 26th, 2009

Without much - or any - further ado, here are the newest and bestest additions to Suffolk's Latitude Festival.

Norwegian electro rock two-piece Datarock have been thrown onto the bill for the Obeslisk arena whilst electrifying and shred-happy singer-songstress Marnie Stern will showcase her wares in the Uncut Arena. Fa-fa-fantastic additions, I'm sure you'll agree.

Leeds's doom mongering iLiKETRAiNS also take to the Uncut Arena, as do Swedish weird-out husband and wife duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums.

Elsewhere in the newest batch of additions there's also 65 Days of Static, Asaf Avidan and The Mojos. On the comedy side of things Robin Ince's Book Club will be one not to miss. He's a big Darren Hayman fan, funnily enough.

Already on the bill are:

White Lies, Patrick Wolf, The Airborne Toxic Event, Wild Beasts, Bat For Lashes, Newton Faulkner, Little Boots, Mummers, Passion Pit, Doves, Grace Jones, Editors, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Ladyhawke, Chairlift, Teitur and tonnes more.

Latitude takes place at the Henham Park Estate in Suffolk and tickets and more information can be bought from Latitude's website.
