Fleet Foxes album release delayed
little_milton by Tom Milway June 2nd, 2008

We suspect that the majority of you were left mightily disappointed this morning as you queued at your local Woolworth's waiting to get your hands on the self-titled debut album from harmonious Seattle folksters Fleet Foxes - only to discover the UK release has been delayed a week!

DiS can now bring you the official word from the bands UK label, Bella Union:

"Just to let you know that due to various difficulties/last minute changes to artwork/distribution etc, the Fleet Foxes album will now be released on Monday 9th June 2008" they say.

If you were lucky enough to attend the bands recent Hoxton Bar and Kitchen show last week you should still be riding the high. If not, here is some audio/visual pick-me-up until next week when we shall run a Fleet Foxes feature.
