Alabama 3 have been announced as headliners of the Left Field stage at this year’s Glastonbury.
Curated by Mojo – the ‘Miscarriages of Justice Organisation’, not the magazine - the band will appear on the 27th June.
John McManus from the organisation had this to say:
“Since music is so often an intrinsic expression of freedom and hope, then there can be no better place to raise awareness about MOJO’s work than at this year’s Glastonbury. We are delighted to have been invited to the Friday night slot at this years Left Field tent.”
DiScuss: is music intrinsically an expression of freedom and hope? Or am I just trying to flesh out a scant news story? Perhaps both?
