You wait all year for a Love Music, Hate Racism event, and then three come along at once...
First up: R*E*P*E*A*T Fanzine, long-time supporters of general righteousness, have booked two LMHR support/awareness raising gigs at The Junction Stripe (that's the main venue, which used to just be The Junction before The Junction Shed confused matters) this month. Apart from a good-works glow of righteousness, your £10/£14 (depending on which gig you attend) will get you entry to one of the following:
Thursday December 13th, £10.00
Inme
Anti-Social Burn-Outs
CosyCosy
Sunday December 16th, £14.50
The Wildhearts
Johnny Panic
The Hope
And the first 200 people to arrive each night get a free copy of R*E*P*E*A*T's Burn Cambridge Burn compilation, too.
However, if you're not into your heavy rock even a free CD might not be enough to convince you to go along. So, how about going to the January LMHR event at The Graduate Barfly instead?
Thursday January 31st, £10
The Broken Family Band
Delphi
The Resistance
Tickets for the Junction gigs can be purchased through Junction.co.uk; and tickets for the Barfly gig can be bought at the venue or through WeGotTickets.com - it's event number 24002, in case that helps, and 50p of the booking fee goes to the charity.
