What a year it's been for Yeasayer, the Brooklyn four-piece whose All Hour Cymbals debut is one of fifty albums you can vote for in our readers albums of the year poll (link).
Unknown to UK audiences at the start of the year, a fantastic single ('2080'/'Sunrise') was followed by a series of London dates in August, including a set at our very own DiScover Club in Notting Hill. (Did you go? Awesome wasn't it.) Now praised by, like, everyone, the quartet have been added to the bill for Arcade Fire's huge gig at London's Alexandra Palace on November 19.
