A fight between two friends over late entertainer James Brown's height led one of them to shoot the other, American police have said.
The deceptively named Dan Gulley Jr, 70, was charged with the shooting of David James Brooks Jr, aged 62, on Monday after the two had met at a friend's house in Atmore, Alabama.
The sprightly 62-year-old was able to go to his car, get a gun and return fire on his foe, but he missed. Gutted!
Mr Brooks then went to the local police, before he was admitted to hospital with abdominal injuries.
