Win HIM Stuff
Win HIM Stuff
rubbafish by Colin Weston November 27th, 2001
Yes, it's true, your beloved Drownedinsound has a competition on and the prizes are quite spectacular. Our lovely friends at www.himonline.co.uk have given us a load of goodies from Finnish metal band HIM to give to you and all you have to do is answer 1 simple question!.

In mainland Europe the band are massive but over here they are mearly a cult... so far! The band achieved recognition with their first 2 albums and their cover of the 90's classic 'Wicked Game' (click HERE to see the full video). Their 3rd album 'Dark Shadows and Brilliant Highlights' is available in early 2002... but here is your chance to hear it first!

First of all, here are the prizes :-

First Prize: All 3 HIM albums released to date, Greatest Lovesongs Vol 666, Razorblade Romance & Dark Shadows and Brilliant Highlights, a HIM T Shirt and HIM Fibre optic lamp.

Second Prize: 2 people will win 'Dark Shadows and Brilliant Highlights'

And, in addition, the first 30 people to give the correct answer will recieve a free HIM gift!

Now, this competition is FREE to enter and anyone can go for it. We will set the closing date as December 21st so you will be informed by Xmas and all you need to do is answer this simple question :-

Who originally performed the song 'Wicked Game'?

So now all you have to do is send your answer and name to competitions@drownedinsound.com AFTER the 30th November (any entries before will be rejected) and thats it.

All that remains to be said is GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!
