Coo Presents - "Britain?s new cracked blues sister? Mojo
Recent DiS review.. http://drownedinsound.com/releases/16654/reviews/4144032
“Her delicate songs are a perfect knot of grassroots jazz, muddy blues and homespun folk, and recall the kiss of a needle on a brittle 78… you sense that once the world gets wind of her elegant, spooky songs there will be nowhere for Green to hide” The Observer
Liz Green’s unique voice has been compared to Judy Garland , Karen Dalton and Jolie Holland. She sounds like a ‘30s diva from America’s Deep South rather than an unassuming girl from the north of England, and her voice could easily be emanating from the time-worn grooves of a dusty old seventy eight. Debut album, O, Devotion! is out in November following the release of New Orleans horns - coated 'Displacement Song' this Summer, and UK tour to match.

Brickwork Lizards are a 7-piece band featuring Oud, Cello, Guitar, Keys, Trumpet and Percussion under the silky Arabic vocals of Tarik Bashir and the wise words of MC Tomohawk.
A smoky film noir soundscape with 30s and 40s influences with beats, grooves and raps, interwoven with Middle Eastern Oud and Arabic vocals - plus MC Tomohawk bringing the band to the audience with a serious sense of fun. http://www.myspace.com/brickworklizards
The Hound Reels - the latest project from Nick Ruck, ex of The Roundheels / Cargo Cult. Lo-fi alt-folk tinged tunes. http://www.myspace.com/thehoundreels
