Most things really...apart from 15 year old Nu Metal sort-of-thing (Surely shouting "Chocolate Starfish!!!" at the beginning of a song is one of the most vile things ever?) At the moment, I have to admit I am totally in love with Bright Eyes, along with your typical post-rock gubbins a la Jim O'Rourke, LaBradford, Broadcast, Life Without Buildings, Sigur Ros, Godspeedyoublackemperor!, Autreche... Mogwai are the band who do the most to grab me and shake me, filling my soul and body with brilliant white light. Yet, bless my wee, twee cotton socks, I'm a Indie Lass at heart...I adore Belle and Sebastian, The Pastels, Felt, The Orchids, The Clientele...that and nice retro Sixties stuff...I love the Make-Up (Michelle Mae is my style icon!), The Aislers Set, The Dolly Mixtures, Birdie... If you wish to know more, talk to your local Drowned in sound rep who knows me/loves me/lets me sit on their lap...
