Lex Get Fresh in 2004
The indomitable Lex Record’s release schedule for the early months of 2004 has been released...
Kicking off with New Yorker DJ Signify’s debut album ‘Sleep No More’ – a collaboration with the increasingly ubiquitous Sage Francis and Halifax hip-hop maestro Buck 65, on March 26 - the label will go on to release former Organized Konfusion member Prince Po’s first solo record, an EP by the Non-Prophets to follow 2003’s critically acclaimed ‘Hope’ LP (featuring a remix of stand-out track ‘Damage’, by none other than MF Doom) and a new single from Danger Mouse & Jemini.
In related news, the Non-Prophets have announced an enormous US tour – ‘The Fuck Clear Channel tour’ - details of which can be found at the Lex site.
