Wives leave Britain in divorce: LA trio split
- Artists:

LA-based punks Wives, whose 'Erect The Youth Problem' is one of this DiS writer's favourite records of the year (only behind Saul Williams in the grand scheme of things), have called it quits.
The trio will perform in London on the 20th of this month at the Buffalo Bar, Islington, after which they will cease to function as the band they are today. This is taken from their Myspace page:
WIVES are playing shows until November 20th and then it is over. Our last show ever will be in London. Kinda funny. Then we return home and move on. Because we have no choice. Thanks for everything. See you back home. Love, Dean and Randy (and Roy Tater).
So what, exactly, are you waiting for? Get yourself down to the Buffalo Bar on the 20th and make sure these boys go out with a considerable bang.
