Iron & Wine announce UK tour dates

Iron & Wine, not content with signing to 4AD, not content with announce a new album for next January - Kiss Each Other Clean have even more good news for their fans, and moderate news for those who "quite like" what they do without going overboard.

Yes, they are coming this way for a UK and Ireland tour. No date in Wales, but one in Scotland at least. It's a full-band tour and kicks on on March 8 and is expected to be followed by a European jaunt, too. So if you're from that area, stay tuned.

10 - Birmingham, Town Hall
11 - Edinburgh, HMV Picturehouse
12 - Liverpool, Philharmonic Hall
14 - Dublin, Olympia
15 - Manchester, Academy 2
16 - Gateshead, Sage
17 - Leeds, Metropolitan University

Tickets for all of the shows go on sale on Thursday, except for Manchester where - for some reason - they don't go on sale until Friday.
