Yes. They have made another Tron film. "They" being Disney. I don't know how you feel about that but however you feel there's some undoubtedly good news which has just arrived, as the Daft Punk soundtrack to Tron: Legacy has now been given a firm release date.
Believe it or not, this is Daft Punk's first ever film score. It was recorded with the help of a 100-person symphony at AIR Lyndhurst Studios in London. The soundtrack will be released on Walt Disney Records on November 22, whilst the movie itself comes out on December 17 in the UK on Disney Digital 3D™ and IMAX® 3D. Excited? Let me also take this opportunity to post the great video of the person (could be male, could quite easily be female) who made a Daft Punk flashing light thingy helment from near-enough scratch. You may have seen it before. If you haven't it's a definite must-see.
