Bon Jovi attacks Williams, Oasis

American band Bon Jovi have been giving it the big mouth about some of our bands.

Speaking to Glamour magazine, Jon Bon ventured the opinion that Robbie Williams "couldn't fill a bar. He couldn't even sell 500 tickets".

A controversial opinion, if only in the sense that it's plainly wrong.

When asked to match other British bands up against his exacting criteria, the mullet-ridden frontman concluded that: "Oasis couldn't fill a bar, either - and they're full of themselves.".

DiS hasn't particularly cared for the work of Oasis for the last decade, or Williams ever, but even we can see these remarks are NOT CORRECT.

The ambiguity makes my head sore.

It's hard to know where to begin

It'd be like Hitler coming back from the dead and telling us that Margaret Thatcher wasn't very nice. What do we do, agree with the ghost of Hitler? My head aches.

Shit band

in "slagging off superior band" shocker!

brilliant picture

Dear mr Jovi

come up with more put downs

regards
Mr Duck x

Jooon Bon Jovi

Jon Bon Jovi

saying that people are full of themselves. JON BON JOVI?

*van der Sar

Bon Jovi couldn't fill a bar.

What a tool. It always surprises me when I find out these lot are still going.

so...

when's his new album/book/movie out then?

Coming soon

To a Bar near you!

Bon Jovi are shit

Oasis are shit
Robbie Williams is shit

does anyone really care what they think about eachother?

Speaking to

GLAMOUR magazine. That's GLAMOUR magazine kids. Who the fuck reads that shit? Robbie Williams, Bon Jovi and Oasis fans. And Kev Kharas. I can say no more. Oh - no, hang on - I think I can. Bon Jovi sold out the O2 in 30 minutes. And they were all Glamour readers. So leave them to their shit music and let's stop wasting our precious lives and time debating this matter any further. Fuckin case closed.

I think we need clarification

on how these bars are supposed to be?

*how BIG

Maybe

he booked them to play his local and was somewhat disappointed by their reluctance to fly around the venue on a rope?

Technically

you shouldn't say it's an American band slagging off English artists, because it's just the opinion of one man. Who knows what Sambora and the rest of the BJ (Bon Jovi not blow job) crew think? Not me, that's for damn sure...

he...looks

like the sugar...in...a..err..plum?

Thats the only...

...way he can get in the press nowadays because his music is shit. A rock band that has mellowed out = call it a day!

Looser!
