Paul Hartnoll: debut solo album and live dates

Former Orbital man Paul Hartnoll is to release his debut solo album, The Ideal Condition, on June 4.

The album is preceded by a single, 'Please', which is out on Monday (May 7) through Kids. In support of both releases, Hartnoll has announced a pair of headline dates:

31 Electric Picnic County Laois

September
2 Connect Music Festival Inveraray Castle
4 London Roundhouse (headline date)
5 Manchester Bridgewater Hall (headline date)

He's not a skinny twenty year old white indie kid...

...wearing rediculous drainpipe jeans 3 sizes too small and an intricate hairstyle sculpted for 2 or 3 hours to make it look like he's just crawled out of bed, so of course this story's not going to generate frenzied excitement.

Should be good though.
