The Black Country band have unexpectedly split.
I received an email from Owen Tromans, lead singer and guitarist, last night saying:
"The rock group San Lorenzo has split up. No blood was spilled I can assure you. Everyone in the band is going to work on new projects. We had a good time and what we did exceeded all of our expectations. We would like to thank everyone who showed an interest in the band in any way. We hope that you will look out for us in the future."
They were due to release a single 'We Got Mysticism' and the infamous 'Chilavert' was due to appear on a CD free with a Birmingham fanzine. Don't know what's going to happen with either, though Nick Stanley, drummer, expects that both will still be released.
