Ben Christophers pulls out of AMC tour
American Music Club start their UK tour next weekend but support, and fellow Cooking Vinyl labelmate, Ben Christophers has decided to bail at last minute.
Trashcan Sinatras will still appear as scheduled with San Francisco's AMC for the Brighton date, but there's no news yet of who will fill Mr Christopher's shoes.

he's from round wolverhampton he is. woohoo. i went to see him once and was chit chatting away with him afterwards. at the time i had one of those bags with a strap-holster for your mobile, and my phone started ringing, and ben looked at me really weird and his girlfriend said "is that your heart?" and then i had to go and answer it. strange people. you'd think they'd not heard a mobile ringing before. either that or they thought i was a robot or something. hm.

It is a great shame that he has had to pull out of this tour. I have seen him perform three times now, and have enjoyed each performance very much. Let's hope he has some headline dates arranged instead.
