The first Concrete and Glass festival kicked off last Thursday with a slew of great performances spread around the various East London venues. We had our own stage, of course, with Frightened Rabbit, Bodies Of Water and O'Death all doing themselves ample justice and helping us celebrate our eighth birthday in considerable style. Here's some snaps of the first day's action...

...Mischa Barton was at the Mechanical Bride gig...I never saw her though.

I did.

Well, I didn't see the Mechanical Bride gig but I saw her the Old Blue and again in the Macbeth later on. Probably the highlight of Thursday, actually, the rest was pretty meh.
