If you're not really a lover of blue cheese, then I'd say it is.
I lkvoe blue cheese though and I buy stilton to have in the fridge all year round. ALong with my processed cheese slices <3 -

the local pub used to have huge stiltons soaked in port on Christmas Day which was glorious. I'd get in trouble going round to the folks after I'd pigged out on that before lunch
