not as versatile as a normal spud but nice enough now and again
The other week I did:
salmon fillet (sweet chilli sauce)
baby s/corn + brocolli spears
It was a proper success. And a piece o piss to prep as well
amazing with a bit of chilli and lemon juice.
A little bit of leftover thai green curry. It was good – all gone though I'm afraid!
Cut open, fill with feta cheese, chopped chilli, fennel seeds and olive oil.
Usually a side, have it with some chicken or a bit of salad.
