Tuesday Exercise Thread of Doom
As it's all murky and lame outside, need something vaguely motivational.
What are people's current goals/routines?
I'm attempting to gain weight/strength at the moment, working out 3 times a week doing mostly compound barbell lifts (squats, deadlifts etc) with pullups/chinups/dips thrown in. Sacked off doing cardio as it just used up calories. Noticed a change though, hope I can keep it up when things like holidays start messing with my routine.
What's the gym you go to like? I wish mine had a pool, but most of the ones that do around here are a bit too expensive, or don't have a decent weights room. It's round the corner from work though which is nice and convenient. Not too many meatheads either.
