Question: Traveling Outside of Britain
Girl is telling me that although she has a current passport, that because she doesn't have medical insurance (thought everyone in the UK has med insur??) that she needs medical "clearance" to board an airplane to the states.
I dunno. This explanation just struck me as odd. I don't have any reason to think she's lying. But it struck me as odd.
With a current passport, can't you just get on an airplane? (Says person who hasn't traveled much).
