Dating older women
It's not something I've done before, ever. I've always gone out with younger girls and up until last year was married to someone younger than me, by a few years, for the past 7 years, together for 11.
Now that I'm 'back on the scene' I did think that once again I'd be looking for someone younger, especially as I'm rapidly approaching the big for zero in earth years, but no, last Friday I found myself with someone 5 years older. I must admit it's playing heavy on my mind even though she is fun, cool and pretty darn sexy. Def looks her age, has a "lived it/loved it" type face and isn't a type I'd normally go for. My married friend summed her up when we were out on that Friday night "she's not the best looking woman in the room at all but f*ck me, she is the sexiest".
Not sure what I'm trying to say really. It's the social thing of a man going with an older woman isn't it, we're expected to date younger women (I think). Plus I'm not sure what I'm expecting post-marriage breakdown and life as a single man (it's been 5 months).
Hmmmm, so chaps, or women/girls with younger fellas, what's the score here? Go with the flow, have fun whilst it lasts, play the rebound after the split, see what happens, don't give a shit? I feel like a novice in the game of love/dating again. 12 years this year since I had to chat up someone again and make them feel special. It's very weird, especially after the confidence zap when the prev relationship ended.
