Fat on food
Not a 'yeah they're always grateful' laughathon thread as sometimes they're not grateful and I suspect that you're probably a virgin anyway but a thread about actual fat on food.
I didn't used to like it, sometimes I'd cut the fat off bacon before cooking it but now I understand, I understand the part it plays and the job it does. I no longer baulk at the sight of it, sure I might trim some off but it's all about the BIG FLAVOURS that it provides, keeps it moist too.
What a cracking christmas thread.
