I'm doing a short interview with him next week. Anything you'd like asked?
to something? (Aside from Ratatouille?)
Or his favourite gig ever? I just have a feeling that his taste in music is probably fairly decent.
a Pixies documentary, which is a reasonably good indicator of good taste IMO
Gorky's: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOOrOlySNXc (so disappointed there's no full/clear version online)

Is there any possibility of BUG transferring to TV?
Could work really well if they did it
Faves? Worsties? Jedward?
There's about 3 people in the world I wanna meet and he's one of em.
But otherwise, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD0gm7dHKKc
Also, how does he think his and Joe's dynamic on the radio has changed since the early days on XFM.
AB: "He wasn't reluctant at all, because he's really cool, and nice, and wanted to help out, and probably on some level was flattered that we wanted him to be on the show."
AB: "Yeah, that's a kind of metaphysical question for Pixar. I was struck when I saw the film - I liked it, but it divides people, some people feel that it was a mis-step for Pixar. But I thought it was great, but the idea is so outlandish. It all hinges on the fact that this rat is able to control the actions of a cook just by pulling his hair while hiding under his hat. You think, 'fucking hell, that's quite a leap to ask the audience to make.' And it's a testament to their genius that, I think, they succeed. But some people disagree."
AB: "Boggins is fine, he's good. He never really went away. We pretended that he'd been adopted by an orphan, but the reality was that he's still with us and he's absolutely fine. But we had to get rid of him for a while because it was becoming divisive, and people were starting to say that they weren't going to listen to the show any more unless we killed him."
AB: Favourite gig ever was Spoon at the Borderline in 2007. It's a small venue, and I love that band, and they played really well, and they were promoting my favourite album of theirs, called Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, and it was just a perfect night - sound was really good, and they played all my favourite songs, and I was close to the stage, and I went out and had a drink with them afterwards. It was just amazing.
My favourite bands in general apart from Spoon - Pixies, Bowie, Brian Eno, I love Deerhoof... who else do I like... I've got into the Walker Brothers recently. Suburban Kids With Biblical Names, who got their name from a Silver Jews track - Silver Jews are a very funny band.
AB: "No, I don't think I could. I think I'd feel really bad about it, and I would probably rather die myself than kill someone else."
Faves: Getting upgraded to first class. Reading stories to my children in bed. Macadamia nuts. Sushi. Takeaways. If I'm having brocolli, which I like, and I've cut off all the florets and I just have the stump left, I like to get a sharp knife and throw the stump in the air and impale it on the knife. It's very satisfying, you should try it."
Worsties: "I don 't like litter, that makes me very angry and upset. I don't like people making phone calls on trains. I know that's not very original, but it just drives me fucking mental. I don't like cycling in the wind and rain very much. I love cycling, that's one of my faves, but cycling in inclement weather conditions is a drag. I don't like being made to feel guilty."
Jedward: "Yeah, I'm very behind anything they do. I think that they look adorable, the way that they've combed their hair down now is very attractive, and I'm think of becoming a homosexual man so that I can meet and marry them."
AB: "Very jealous. And I'm going to get him one day."
and your other question about Bug on TV, in the main interview write-up. Should hopefully be up soon.
b: the ulimate troll
Wish I'd suggested a proper question now. Oh well, amazing!
and someone is not just pulling your leg?
not pulling your leg.
Respect points for Joe just went ultimately down. JESUS CHRIST I'm so disappointed.
Wish I hadn't seen that now. :(
Also, I like to think that the title is a tribute to Attack the Gas Station, the best ever film about a gas station being attacked
who were you interviewing him for?
He's doing promotion for this one-off special of Bug they're doing in Manchester
