Manchester United come back from two goals down to win 3-2 against Blackpool. Blackpool absolutely dominated the first half but after the first five minutes of the second half you could see them beginning to tire and by the end of the match they looked worn out. There's no way Berbatov would have gotten that third goal in the first half. Manchester United then ride out TEN MINUTES of FERGIE TIME after Rafael gets a serious head injury and other stuff happens.
Speaking of Berbatov, he produced last night one of the greatest bits of control ever. Elsewhere Bendtner brought DA SKILZ with a sublime first goal, with Arsenal eventually beating Ipswich 3-0. From looking at the goal it seemed, as with Blackpool, that Arsenal capitalised from playing a tiring team.
Other ting:
Chelsea apparently made a £52 million bid which was turned down for Aguero and Godin of Atletico Madrid, but infact they hadnt.
Adebayor went to Real Madrid on loan.
Villa and Forest scraped wins.
TONIGHT! West Ham play Birmingham in the CC SF 2nd Leg. You'd fancy Birmingham at home but with Zigic possibly playing 0-0 might be on the cards.
Liverpool take on Fulham. Definite home win, which will no doubt be taken as 'further proof the resurrection is happening right in front of us'.
Celtic play Hearts, with Hearts apparently looking to break the top two (LOL!)
Sampdoria play AC Milan. Like every Sampdoria game since Macheda signed for them, its on ESPN.
Bye.
