i think i've definitly done something to my leg (running-centric)
i rested all weekend, deep heat, rubs, elevated...etc etc
felt fine, but as soon as i walked into town yesturday, i started to feel it again.
it's the area between my heel and my calf...feels like it's ready to go twang or summit
is this a physio jobbie?
any tips?
