What is so empowering about this new cooperative idea of the Tories'?
I'm not saying it won't be I just couldn't really get a handle on it in the brief slot on the news this morning. They can't bid for more funding so it's about telling a group of civil servants that they can now dictate policy? Or that they can get their own manager in?
The last is the only thing I can see being good because we've all worked under management that rules based on its own weird ideas of what's 'right' while aggressively ignoring what the 'shop floor' know to be 'right'... Of course, that doesn't mean anyone necessarily knows better.
