Indian restaurant advice (spicy-avoidance-centric)
I'm going to an Indian Restaurant on Friday with work. Which is fine in theory, except for the fact that due to a medical condition my body tends to react pretty badly to spicy food (mildly spicy's okay but medium or above is best avoided). I'm going to a wedding the next day and really don't wanna be ill.
I've seen the menu and it's mostly curries etc. What's a good thing to have that won't be ridiculously spicy but will taste good?
