metric time
This seems like a good option.
Apart from the usual advantages that it's much easier to do arithmetic it has some added advantages.
Ok a 10 day week seems pretty bad but a 10 week year is really cool. Plus with 10 hour days and 10 minute hours a metric year ends up being about the same length as a week is at the moment.
If you then implement a 10 second minute a year becomes the same length as a day and a quarter is at the moment. You retire at 5600 years old and get to have a birthday every 28 hours. Including your pals birthday's then life would just all be one big party.
You would need to be pretty quick to catch happy hour but don't worry another one would be along a few minutes later anyway.
