Anyone remember my Emo showdown which never happened?...
I know I've just made another thread, but I haven't been here for ages.
Well anyway. Friday night, me, my bezzi, and my friend went out in Burnley town. This other friend is someone I met at college. We didn't get on originally because of how we dressed. Him in a tshirt and trackies, and me in tight jeans. I thought he was a chav, and he thought I was a fairy. But eventually, we got to know eachother, and realised the other was actually hilarious and good etc.
So he came out on Friday with us to watch some bands - last weekend was the Burnley Blues Festival, and it was better to go out than stay in.
We started in a pub, and the band took ages to set up, so we got bored and went to some tacky horrible clubs, playing chart dance music, like Walkabout.
Eventually, we decided to move on, and somehow, the idea of going to 'Hellbound' (Burnley's prime sad metal fan dwelling spot) for 'a laugh' or something.
We got there and it was a fiver to get in. I was disgusted, and wanted to leave, but they paid me in.
So we got inside, and there they all were. Every last one of their crew, giving us cold stares. I was really drunk, and was smiling constantly, walking around and saying 'HELLO!' to people I knew.
My bezzi on the other hand, was returning the cold stares and blowing them all kisses.
So I got up to go to the toilet, and suddenly, about three of them leapt out at me when I was alone. This dwarfy one shoved me, so I shoved him back and laughed in his face for being such a gnome. Then this giant 18 year old walked up and pushed me in my NECK.
I was angry, and more were appearing. So I told them to wait until I also had help. I jogged back to where my friends where, and told them what'd happened.
They leapt up and charged at the lads who'd had a go, and a scuffle broke out. Eventually, some bouncers came wading in, and grabbed us three. They dragged us out and told us to fuck off.
And we left. So it all happened, in the heart of their dwelling.
Its not very interesting, I know, but I'd told you about it before, so I felt I should tie the loose end up.
