Desaparecidos - Roll Call Thread!
The other thread is a bit unwieldy to put this in, so thought a new one would suffice.
So, the Electric Ballroom on Monday - who's going, and who wants to have a pint beforehand? I don't know the area or where's good for a drink, let's have some suggestions.

Me!
I'm going with my brother who is a non-Disser.
^This this if you're currently going on your todd
IN (London)
Going with some real friends from the real world. Honest.
And Brewdog Camden
and maybe
The Black Heart
Yep.
I work nearby so was thinking of grabbing an early-ish drink in Brewdog. If DiS people happened to be there, I wouldn't ignore them. Until people I really know turn up, that is.
I'll be on my todd for a while whilst I wait for my mate to come up to London
Would happily have a drink with some DiSers in the meantime.
I'm liking the Brewdog vibe, people.
I'm liking it.
I'll be your friend Ant.
Ace!
Does that extend to me?
Another DiS loner?
More of a recommendation of some good pubs nearby, than an actual likelihood I'll speak to anyone from DiS
I think unlikely I'll master the social skills / effort required to maintain conversation with strangers between now and then.
Have a lovely evening though!
I am going with =rAz=
Can't wait!
Might join you chaps for a bottle of Craig Finn's pale ale in Brewdog beforehand. Actually, I'll see if I can get an area reserved for DiSsers as someone I know works there sometimes.
Ooooo!!
Glasgow?
checking in
should be gooood, the new tracks seem a bit too preachy but still, it's all dandy
i liked backsell and marikkopa
a lot more than these new ones. should be a really fun show.
I'm going
Might try and get to Brewdog before the gig...
Yeah. I'm going. The Oxford Arms or Camden Head should be
quiet hopefully for a Monday evening. Stage times??
stage times would be SO helpful, if anyone's in the know
if they'll be off stage by 10.30 I can get the last train back to Leamington, if it's 11 I'll have to go from Coventry.
In!
And psyched.
I am going to this
Can't wait.
Who are the supports? Is it Johnny Foreigner?
Yeah, it's Johnny Foreigner according to the email that I had from
Songkick yesterday. Looking forward to this. I've not seen Conor Oberst in any of his bands. I had a ticket for a headlining Bright Eyes gig for Shepherds Bush in around 2004 but we left after seeing Modest Mouse who were supporting. I wasn't a Bright Eyes fan back then.
I'm going! (plus non Di
Not sure where I'll be drinking, might have a cheeky
Well that didn't work
I'm going! (plus non DiSer gf)
Not sure where we'll be drinking but might have a cheeky one or two at the Southampton Arms up the road before heading down.
Going to get in early as big JoFo fan too.
The gig's at the Electric Ballroom, not the Forum.
The Southampton Arms is a bit of a trek from Camden.
short bus ride and I live 10mins walk from the Southampton so it's ok
Thanks anyway :-)
Man And Wife, The Former (Financial PlannINg)
looking forward to this loads, big thanks to h_y_g for selling me his spare ticket. Massively up for drinks beforehand, too.
Brewdog Camden have reserved the downstairs from 5-7:30 for us to meet up in
Come meet some fellow DiSsers and get a few drinks before the show (not sure they'll have Signature Brew in as per previous mention, as they only do that in the Shoreditch Brewdog... my bad, but they are trying to sort it)
I finish work at 4
Date I be the first person to arrive in the DiS area?
Sweet! See you there.
I'll be about for this
Might stop at the Black Heart for KFC but should be there around 6.
Can't believe this is tomorrow
I won't be out of work until 6 on the other side of London so chances are I'll miss the DiS meat but very very excited about the show all the same.
Very excited about this...
Does anyone know stage times?
JoFo at 7:45.
Desa at 9.
I love early curfew shows.
Bear in mind that the whole gig is e-ticketed, with no bar codes.
The queue could be very long if they only have the one box office window open.
apparently a few extra tickets are onsale if you're quick

Spare tickets!!!
Is anyone in need of two tickets for tonight? I have a pair, face value (£12 each). Get in touch on 07909 510519, I'll be about near the venue until about half 7 as I may be watching Johnny Foreigner after then.
amazing in Glasgow on Saturday night
enjoy y'all
How long did the show last?
on stage @ 9 off @10:05 no encore but a brilliant hour!
Same as this for Belfast on Friday
Damn good show. Little over an hour i guess.
Well that was fucking nuts.
Lead guitar Viking giant FTW!
Oberst looking and talking like a 'nam vet.
Me losing my shit at mañana!
Yeeeeah
