What's the best documentary about the Smiths?
Got the Smiths Complete box-set recently and am loving it. Wanted to watch something about them last night, so watched These Things Take Time. It was OK, but I could have done without the animated Morrissey and Vic Reeves' narration.
So... is there something I definitely need to watch. Ideally lots of footage of Morrissey being interviewed would be nice.

avoid a DVD called The Queen Is Dead : A Classic Under Review like the absolute plague
I watched that first one just last week
bit short and not very good quality (visual wise) but I enjoyed it. Gives you a good idea of how much they all hate each other. Not much of Morrissey being interviewed so it fails one of the OPs criteria.
*late 90s BBC
that was supposed to say
none of them
I've always wondered why The Smiths have never had an offical concert release on VHS/DVD etc.
There must be some professional footage of at least ONE of their gigs. All we get is The Complete Picture, which is a mixture of a handful of videos from a band who didn't particularly like videos and dubbed TOTP performances, performances which were mimed in the first place.
The one where Morrissey gets a pet monkey called Marcel
how can i pick just one?
