furthermore, now that I think about it, they're missing a "Watch" although
very curious indeed
-
Whilst I'm sure they'll release it in a weird/under the radar sort of way
Doubtful they'd just stick it on Amazon and hope people notice.
-
judging by the tracknames
i am 99% sure it's an unnofficial compilation of unreleased demos and remixes.
-
it's so funny that any of you even consider it isn't tbh
shows how much you bedwetters know about hip hop
-
LOL indeed
I dof my cap to thee hip hop extraordinaire - saturday night on a bedwetters' music forum? YOU ARE SO DIFFERENT TO US!
-
um
you don't get experter at hip hop by going out "drinking" with "friends"

it's pretty funny though because there were about three posts before yours and none of them appeared to be considering it official
being rude online is fun woaahhhh

i hate you guntrip you're such a prick
i was stressing that by simply entertaining the idea that it could be official was stupid
-
well, for starters i'm not
a suburban white boy indie music fan who indulges in the odd hip hop album but only if the alternative press tells me it's okay to listen to
so i think it's oay
-
YOU CALLED ME RUDE
rude.
-
but at the same time it'd take a pretty ballsy bootlegger
to release something that infringes on the copyrights of two huge and rich something so officially it pops up on amazon. so maybe cut a little slack?
-
plenty of loopholes
for e.g., here's some nicki minaj

some of it
a lot of the tracks listed on 'the throne 2' are remixes and unreleased demos i've heard from years ago
-
well then
+10 ghe3tt0 points to you I guess.

Christ, can't I just flag up an innocent query about music
without being patronised like some youtube commenter on Adam Buxton's BUG? Common sense told me this was probably fake but it took 30 sec to post so I did.
Anyway, Jay Z and Kanye West make pretty commercially successful mainstream pop music with pretty famous people in like Beyonce. At no point here am I pretending to be some ghetto kid who knows hip hop inside out while actually spending my trust fund days in Basingstoke reading 'the alternative press'

-
omg you jsut used the word ghetto
'barrassing
-
i guess i just don't really know why you couldn't have posted
"yeah, these are demos that have been floating around online for a couple of years now" instead of being belligerent
but each to their own
badmanreturns this'd this -
wouldn't worry about it
gb is from the north east, as grim as it may be it's hardly the mean streets of the south bronx
-
don't pay attention to her guys, theshipment just sent me a PM saying it's real
he didn't want to publicly embarrass her, i can respect that
-
OMG SHE WAS TROLLING USE GUISE
good one Frank
-
I suppose the lesson here for us all
is that hip-hop artwork can be so terrible regardless that sometimes it's difficult to tell what's 'proper' afterall
-
That one's not even THAT bad,
is the sad thing. Kanye has a pretty good track record for album art, though.

while I can't be 100% Jay & Ye didn't sign to YODA records without my knowledge
and although they may well have covered "Throw Some D's", I'm relatively certain that they wouldn't have give the green light to cover art that used different thickness of font for letters and numerals
