I love the horns on 'Communist Daughter', as well
loads of wicked horns on 'Aeroplane...' -- 'Song Against Sex' from 'On Avery Island' is probably worth a mention, too.

the horns in 'Stranded' by The Walkmen
...
they make me all woozy with happiness just thinking about them. not even imagining the song, just the abstract thought of the song.
it's such a simple part, but the horns are so beautifully played and recorded, it just kills me. I struggle to raise a smile most of the time these days, but I'm listening now, and it's utter bliss.

My three answers, from fairly divergent points on the musical spectrum...
Half Man Half Biscuit - Gubba Look-A-Likes
Sunn O))) - Alice
Foetus - How To Vibrate
Cardiacs and VdGG (and Colin Stetson, and 20th Century Schizoid Man, and about 900 others) would be here but I'm trying to avoid
saxophones because they basically fall under a different category (woodwind innit) -
Oh and we must not forget Ulver's Blood Inside album
Killer horn parts all the way through, but probably best of all in the final track, Operator. A thoroughly incredible, intense and unusual record.

Most things that Terry Edwards honks on sounds good to me:
Tindersticks, Gallon Drunk, Jimi Tenor etc. And of course The Sccapegoats. For example:

I mainly link to because it was filmed directly behind me. Any idea how bizarre it is to find the back of your head on Youtube (from 2001) whilst having breakfast?

Also samples Elliott Smith, which is pretty amazing.
I've also always been very fond of the horn part in 'You Only Move Twice' by Jeniferever. Starts around 4:10, goes supernova at 4:26.
