This is by my old band.

I wrote it, sang and played guitar. It's not my favourite song I've ever written, but it's the best one on Soundcloud. It was recorded at Chem19 (Chemikal Underground's studio) with Jamie Savage (younger brother of Paul), who is amazing.

  - It was great fun. The studio has a great atmosphere
    
    and Jamie was incredible to work with. If you can afford it then I'd recommend it wholeheartedly. On the other hand, don't expect to get more than one track a day done there. The reason everything done there sounds so good is because they take their time with it.

My band's first song...

It was our attempt at writing some kind of smooth pop song. It ended up sounded a bit like the xx, but with all the spaces filled in. As you can probably tell, it's also the first time we've ever tried to record a song:

One I did recently that I tried to make sound like an electronic version of deftones
