Nominations for the DiS Hall of Fame
To be elected into the DiS Hall of Fame you must consider a band's body of work.
Unlike an honorary Oscar the DiS Academy Award For Lifetime Achievement is not supposed to a grand gesture for famous artists that have never won the more pretigious Best Album of the Year. Although this may in fact be the case. We're looking at the big picture here.
Rules:
Bands must be rather good. The number of albums they put out is not relevant if that album happened to be Never Mind The Bollocks. You must save your love for Celine Dion for another thread. We are only considering the Pavements and Pixies of our world.
The number of bands chosen in the first year of induction into the DiS Hall of Fame will largely be arbitrary.

But maybe you'd rather vote Libertines and we'll lower our sights a little bit for a Pete and Carl reunion.
You can vote by touch tone phone... or here! If you don't think your vote counts, well... remember I have a cousin living in Florida I don't speak to because she didn't think her vote counted.
