Buffy spent her teenage years and early twenties battling the forces of evil that congregated around the Hellmouth in her adopted town of Sunnydale. She died twice, but also managed to free up her schedule by turning every potential 'slayer' into an actual one. She is fit, but not as fit as Faith.
