What in the name of burning saxophones does 'Also Sprach Shareholder' mean?
Seriously? It just sounds like someone chose two random words from a dictionary and used them to sandwich another, completely fabricated word that means nothing.
Now though, I'm here to protest that more tracks come complete with a title and refrain that is utterly nonsensical and as such beneficial to the chrous and memorability of the song. In fact, after repeated listens to this particular nugget of saxophone-led pop joy, I'd wager that when the agenda is set to dumb indie fun, the lyrics are pointless anyway.
I wanna dance and 'Also Sprach Shareholder' caters for my whimsy and allows a line in arm-waved-like-an-elephant's-trunk madness that is sorely lacking from other tunes of its type.
This most definitely _is_ a tune and I'd heartily recommend a go.
NB: As an aside, the more clasically literate amongst you may wish to point out that 'Also sprach Zarathustra' is a Strauss composition, and that this was the direct source of the title for this single. Feel free to point that out, but no one cares.
