Ah yes, more of that punk-funk thing, with the emphasis on punk this time. Very nice. The fact they’re from LA rather than New York is nice too. Sounding like an angry Devo fighting with a badger, with all the naughty words thrust backwards, Ima Robot’s pop computer says “I’m going to give you an ‘80s sound with a touch of glam. Hope you like it. Oh, it goes ‘squelch’ a little bit too, by the way.” ‘Song 1’ is over in the blink of an eye. An odd one but a good one. It’s not as good as ‘Song 2’ though.
