This song starts in a promising way with a dancey and uplifting bass line that wouldn't sound out of place on a Levis advert.
In fact, you just start imagining uber-cool models writhing around in their denim when all of a sudden 'Serious Trouble' takes an unexpected turn. Noises that only dogs could possibly begin to understand emit from the speakers acompanied by a irritating staccato "bleepy blip" in accompaniment. It sounds not unlike a toddler fiddling around on a Casio keyboard until it's parents can take no more and take a hammer to the aforementioned Casio (or maybe the child?).
Then, with a huge sense of relief, the catchy bass kicks in again and you are left wondering if you imagined the annoying interruption. This is definitely not one for the dance floor, although it might be fun just watching people try to dance to it.
