And so the music industry did fret as to what to do about the sudden Hear’Say backlash and the metal kidz taking over and OH what about that punk rock music. And so they did fret and panic and put out Dane Bowers and Posh Spice and Allstars CDs and then wonder why nobody bought them.
Then somebody, perhaps one of the band members themselves, had an idea. “YES!” said that marketing genius, “what The Kids are really into now is dance music. So why don’t we – wait for it – why don’t we put out a CD full of DUB remixes of the popular comedy punk band Snuff?!”
The music world gasped. Snuff, the band famous for their punk covers and rather good little original tune called ‘Arsehole’, surely they would sell a CD of dub remixes from their last already overlooked album?
Well…
No!
Seriously, is there really a market for this shit?
