Having just signed the awesome new bands OZMA and M16, it seems KUNG FU RECORDS can’t put a foot wrong at the moment. Recently signed Antifreeze’s debut album for Kung Fu only goes to prove that point. Coming awash with catchy, infectious tunes and heart-wrenching vocals, Antifreeze sound exactly like what you’d get if you put BLINK 182, THE ATARIS and A NEW FOUND GLORY into a pot and mixed them all together. Album opener “Is He Your Boyfriend?” kicks things off nicely; bouncy, fast paced and with the all-important soul-searching lyrics. Highlights “Ordinary” and “Sorry From Your Friend” are two of the finest pop-punk songs to be released in a long time. It’s an amazing debut and if this is anything to go by, ANTIFREEZE are going to be huge! I can’t wait to see them live…
