TV on the Radio put out their first record in three years, 'Seeds'. 'Seeds' was recorded at Federal Prism in Los Angeles and, like their previous albums, it was produced by TV on the Radio guitarist David Sitek. One thing that remains a constant with TV on the Radio is that there is no constant, and one curveball trounces another on 'Seeds'. The band extract their best moments of 'Dear Science' and 'Return to Cookie Mountain' for an explosive and remarkable album.
