While there are some lovely sounds on Somewhere Else... but it’s hard not to yearn for something more.»

delicate, sweetly forlorn debut from danish singer songwriter with band on 4ad. the whooshing synths, ecclesiastical organ and twinkling / creaky electronics sound like they've been sent from a lonely space voyager adrift in some far flung galaxy. soren lokke juul's warm tenor and liking for reverb recall bon iver and grandaddy. the album is a luminously lovely collection, well judged and intensely personal.
